Management Audit available to FAIA member agencies participating in the
Westport E&O Program.
THE MOBERG GROUP (TMG), a management consulting firm specializing in the
operational analysis of insurance agencies, provides all Risk Management Audits
for the FMS E&O Program.
TMG has assisted in the development of new audit procedures that are designed
for even the smallest agencies. Now every agency can take advantage and benefit
from the credits available for those agencies that complete and comply with the
program.
Successful completion of the audit will earn the agency a three (3) year 10%
credit on their E&O premiums. This credit is in addition to any other
educational credits earned by the agency.
