FMS has created
"The Exchange"
so that those wishing to purchase an agency can post an ad describing their
ideal match.
We have found that some
agency principals are hesitant to advertise the fact that they are interested in
selling, whether it is for competitive reasons or fear of devaluation. By allowing
agencies which are looking to buy (thus the FOR BUY concept) the ability to post
their information, those agents wishing to sell can contact a buyer directly without
fear of exposure.
At the same time, some agencies
might still wish to advertise their desire to sell. For that reason, we also allow
agencies wishing to sell the availability to post.
Whether you're looking to
buy or to sell, simply download the appropriate Word document and complete the information
requested. Once you e-mail the document back to us, we will convert it to a PDF file
and post it so that it can be reviewed by interested parties.
The fee for posting
to "The Exchange" is as
