Agents E&O Program


Swiss Re / Westport E&O Coverage: Protect your agency from E&O suits with the best coverage in the industry. This program is exclusive for FAIA/IIABA members. The program is negotiated by agents, for agents and is overseen by the IIABA Professional Liability Committee (PLC). The PLC is made up of agents and state association staff. Swiss Re / Westport is committed to a long-term, stable program and FAIA members can count on them to be in the Florida market for many years to come.

E&O Happens–This website is hosted by IIABA and co-branded by Swiss Re / Westport and IIABA. The site offers tons of useful loss control information to Swiss Re / Westport insureds. Everything from case studies to sample procedures to agency self-assessments…all available at the click of the mouse.

Record Retention Schedule: This document is the current recommendation to agents as to how long specific client documents should be kept.

Agency Umbrella Coverage: FMS can provide your agency umbrella coverage to go over all your exposures. Coverage is available from Penn National at reasonable rates.

Agency EPLI Coverage: FMS has coverage for Employment Practices Liability available to FAIA members.

The Moberg Group: TMG is the FMS-endorsed partner for agency E&O audits. TMG is approved by Swiss Re / Westport and you can earn additional credits on your E&O premium by having TMG audit your procedures and workflow.
