Agents E&O Program

Westport, E&O carrier for the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America, understands that both an agencys finances and reputation are at stake when E&O claims arise. Responding to the needs of its policyholders, Westport has created a new E&O policy for FAIA Members, which allows agents to tailor coverage to their particular needs.

Plus, FAIA members are eligible for exclusive education credits and loss control credits!

The FMS E&O program accommodates the needs of insurance professionals who are exploring different income-generating activities. Built on a modular design, a standard set of terms and conditions form the basic E&O policy, to which agents add multiple coverages for their diverse operations and exposures. The various units are combined into a single policy, providing seamless coverage for many exposures, including contractual liability and mutual funds sales.
