Spreadsheet Assistant builds bridges to Underwriters' Spreadsheets
Today underwriters often require spreadsheets to model their hurricane exposure or for large vehicle schedules.
Using an internet-based process, ADTS extracts client data from agency management systems using ACORD applications and puts the data into the selected spreadsheet, along with defaulted values. During the process, ADTS interprets misspelled or abbreviated data to ensure proper entry into the spreadsheet.
Current offerings include a generic Schedule of Values spreadsheet (all data on the ACORD 140 app) and the AmRisc spreadsheet. Others are coming in the next few months.
Assistant builds bridges to Web Applications and PC based rating software.
ADTS offers an internet based system to upload client data to web applications. The data is uploaded, interpreted, and then ready to use to Pre-Fill web applications or can be entered into PC based programs.

Loss Run Assistant makes requesting loss runs easier than ever
Underwriters frequently require agencies to obtain loss runs before they can quote. So, 60-90 days before a commercial policy renews, agency employees spend hours requesting loss runs. ADTS can do it simply by using an ACORD application.
ADTS pre-fills the Loss Run request form by extracting simple information 90 days before a policy’s renewal:
- Client name
- Carriers and policy numbers for the past 6 years
- Type of policy
Then loss runs are automatically ordered by mail or by fax, and from various websites. You receive a professional report that you can send to the carrier or to the insured.
Book Rollover Assistant makes moving a book of business simple and painless.
Thinking about moving or selling a "book" of business and you want a professional looking, accurate report to show underwriters quickly?
ADTS profiles your "book of business" and creates that report. You have an simple way to pick the accounts to profile and to enhance your report with information not found in your management system (SIC codes, sum of all property values, nature of business, GL classes and description, and more). You receive the report sorted at least 3 different ways with additional summaries in hours.
Subscription Fees for Insurance Agencies
After a modest set-up fee, ADTS monthly fee allows all agency users to use all of these products within the subscription service (some products have additional fees based on complexity etc.). This fee is much less than cost the to hire a data entry person for your agency.
